What is Wellness Tests for you?
It is a quick, easy and inexpensive way for you to receive lab tests.

Does my physician need to order these tests for me?
A physician’s order is not required, however, we urge you to share the results with your health care provider.

Will you bill my insurance?
No, insurance will not be billed. All tests must be paid for by cash or check at the time of service.

Do I need to be 18?
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Will a copy of the results be sent to my physician?
No, you will need to take copies with you to your physician. You will receive your test results within five working days via mail.

How will I know if my tests results are normal or abnormal?
All test reports will have a normal range printed on the report as a guideline. A normal result does not guarantee that you do not need medical attention. An abnormal result may not necessarily be abnormal for you, as a complete medical history must be considered when interpreting results. Laboratory tests alone are not meant to assign a specific diagnosis or health condition.
