Community Home Health Services (CHHS), a part of the Community Health Network, offers flu/pneumonia shot clinics in the fall as a community outreach event. One of the agency’s fundraisers is to sponsor these clinics where all of our proceeds go toward providing charity care for those who would otherwise not be able to afford home care or hospice support.
CHHS will file with Medicare, so there is no out-of-pocket expense for flu and/or pneumonia shots for Medicare recipients (just bring your Medicare card to the clinic). For those who do not have Medicare, CHHS can give them a receipt so that they are able to be reimbursed by their private insurance company if reimbursement is an option.
Flu Shots are $30
Pneumonia Shot are $40
